Investing in a real estate company, how does it work?
The WineFunders invest in a real estate company set up to acquire plots of vineyards capable of producing quality wines.
This company will rent this plot to your company with a long-term lease guaranteeing your production over an extended period.
We encourage, if possible, to also invest in this company. You offer your wines at a preferential tariff to the WineFunders.

Investing in an operating company, how does it work?
The WineFunders invest in your production company. You, therefore, give up a part of your company in exchange for the equity provided by the WineFunders.
In certain French cases, your WineFunders could benefit from a tax break on investing in an SME if your company meets specific criteria.
We also create an ambassadors club letting your WineFunders, after having signed a charter, buy wine at a discount to share with friends and family. This will help raise your estate's reputation.
