THE COMPANY
La Maison Arnaud Boué is one of Burgundies newest wine companies and I want to share with you my vision of how I want to work as a négociant.
This one-man company’s main aim is to find the best grapes possible in Burgundy and to highlight the work done in the vineyard by our partners.
I work daily with the growers, who are already perfectly in tune with their different terroirs and know how they react to the slightest change in climate, to help them go even further in respecting the local environment.
Together with my growers, we have a deep and profound understanding of the different terroirs in Burgundy and know how fragile these ecosystems are. Therefore, I work closely with my growers to transmit my knowledge of organic and bio-dynamic viticulture, to ensure a sustainable production protecting not only the vines but also the workers.
Some of the plots are “historical” and have been part of the Maison since its creation by my predecessor, whom I took over from in 2018. These plots of red and white in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits appellation were farmed organically and bio-dynamically and I have continued in my predecessor’s footsteps.
