For over 10 years, Frédéric has been coming to the "Bel Affreux" river stream to collect water to prepare his biodynamic solutions. He actually noticed the water has specific properties to stimulate the vine’s natural defense system. Ancient monks were right to settle a community in this place along the river.
The property will become a semi-autonomous place where Frédéric will be able to share his passion with wine amateurs interested in biodynamic and traditional farming methods.
EXTEND THE WINE RANGE WITH PRESTIGIOUS APPELLATIONS
A HUMAN SCALE PROJECT
The net sales growth requires working capital 2 years ahead in order to buy the grape, which explains the negative to low EBITDA for the first 4 years.
From 2024, the company will start buying back the shares at an agreed price to all minority shareholders willing to sell their shares. However, the company cannot guarantee that it will be able to buy back all the shares. By 2026, the company should have bought back the shares of shareholders willing to sell them, otherwise WineFunding will have an automatic mandate to find a buyer for the whole company.
