"Le paris était osé mais Richard Rottiers n'a pas failli : issu d'une famille viticole chablisienne, il a fait le choix de s'installer en Beaujolais en 2007, avec la volonté d'y produire de grands beaujolais-villages et moulin-à-vent.
Passées quelques années à redonner vie à des sols en mauvais état, il est aujourd'hui en conversion bio (certification acquise en 2015).
Les trois cuvées présentées ici en 2016 sont dans le style Rottiers, délicat, précis et structurés."
