ARNAUD BOUÉ
Agriculture engineer and enologist, I made the most of my studies and first years working to explore the world and explore the diverse ways of making wine. Languedoc, Bordeaux, South Africa, New Zealand, I tried to learn as much as I could in each region, from different techniques to the best way to get the most from the terroir and different varieties.
Back in France,, I worked for different renowned producers to learn all there is to know about the different terroirs in Burgundy. I learned to vinify with a vigneron who is now a big name in the region: David Duband. I then moved on to several prestigious Maison as assistant winemaker and head winemaker: Domaine des Lambrays and Maison Antonin Rodet.
All these experiences helped me gain a better understanding of organic and bio-dynamic viticulture. I also realized the importance of viticulture in the quality of the final wine. This is how I understood the best wines in Burgundy are only made when you work hand in hand with the growers.
