THE PROJECT
Our first objective is to collect 30,000 € which will allow us to buy the necessary equipment for the vinification of the first wines:
Destemmer: to remove the stem from the grapes when needed
Presse: to pressing our first grapes
Sorting table: to keep only the best grapes before maceration
Cooling system: to cool down the grapes and avoid fast fermentations (very useful in case of low sulfites addition), and help aromatic and color extraction before fermentation. This pre-fermentation part is very useful to make delicate and precise wines.
Vinification vats: to be able to isolate the different terroirs.
Small equipment (hose, connectors, etc.)
This precious equipment will allow us to produce quality wines that will reflect the lands they are coming from.
If the collected funds allow us to go further, we could also finance the undergoing renovation of the buildings and finish the renovation of the wine cellar and tasting room.
We would also like to acquire equipment to maintain and restructure the vineyard.
