Patrick Duler- a cook and a farmer, and his family


A farmer by day. Patrick Duler spends every day in his farm amongst his fields of wheat, or his 8,000 oak trees, and soon his vines and olive trees. Pascale, his wife, runs the bed and breakfast while also teaching their youngest daughter, Camille. At the same time, she processes orders from chefs and other professionals (Alain Ducasse, Anne-Sophie Pic, Michel Guérard, …) who rely on Domaine Saint-Géry to provide them with wonderful produce. Every day, she picks the best herbs and vegetables from their garden to be cooked that evening in the restaurant.
The couple’s two sons, Thibault and Louis-Dominique do not hesitate to get their hands dirty when they are not studying on the other side of the world.

A chef by night. In the evening, Patrick dons the chefs' apron, and Pascale manages the restaurant (recognized by critics such has the Michelin, Gault et Millau, Le Fooding guides, amongst others). The whole family is involved when it comes to choosing the new menu, always made with produce from the estate.

A piece of advice? Let yourself be taken away by “Domaine de Saint-Géry” menu, composed of 5 dishes which change depending on the season, or the “Truffle discovery” menu. Here you will taste a selection of the delicious produce which Saint-Géry is renowned for: black truffle, Fois Gras, Gascon pork cooked with a variety of seasonal vegetables and herbs from the garden.
