PROJECT
OBJECTIVES: ENERGIZE, INNOVATE, DEVELOP.
The objective is to quickly build on the initial achievements to reinforce the concept and to enter a new phase of significant development.
This results in the hiring of a web marketing expert specialized in the wine sector and experienced in e-commerce techniques in order to enhance the attractiveness of the platform through targeted marketing and communication campaigns.
In addition, it is necessary to keep improving the perception of the sector, accelerating the promotion of the platform to enrich the Grands Crus offerings and increase the flow of sales.
To achieve this, an EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGER with true business development perspectives will join the venture to coach a team of junior salespeople to capture our 3 target users (see diagram below).
Finally, technical investments are needed to improve the IT platform:
• Improve the user experience
• Add new features (statistical analysis of data, wallet management, price negotiation ...)
